Not as Expected, Change of Mind, & Other Reasons
- ORDER ONLINE Return Window: 7 days
- accept returns & exchanges of eligible products within 7 business days (Mon-Fri) of being received. To start a return please reach out to our customer service team service@vipbridas.com.
- ORDER ONLINE Shipping Fees: Customer may be responsible for both shipping costs in some cases.

- ORDER ONLINE Refund Policy Restocking fee: charged (Max 20%)
- OFF THE RACK Wedding dresses or formal dresses are final sale we do NOT accept any returns or exchange.
- SPECIAL ORDER is final sale, we do NOT accept any returns or exchange
- CUSTOM DRESSES are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns or exchange on custom dresses. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.

Exceptions:
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product description to see if an item is marked as a final sale.
- For hygiene reasons, unconditional returns on swimwear are not accepted. If you need assistance in this regard, please consult with the customer service team.
Note: If a package is rejected by the customer, we cannot offer after-sales services such as returns, exchanges, or refunds. Store credits for the remaining order amount, after deducting shipping fees, will be issued instead. You can use store credits on your next purchase by contacting customer service.
