Qualifications:
1. 10 years’ sales experience. Have Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Amazon on store experience.
2. 8+ years in e-commerce, 5+ years as the lead Merchant and retail start up.
3. Strong experience with sales forecasting, assortment building, and inventory management.
4. Strong knowledge of retail math and merchandising concepts, including the product development cycle and strategy of building and maintaining both fashion and core programs across different categories.
5. Ability to work independently with strong time management skills. Knowledge of planning

Responsibilities
- Recommend bridal gowns based on each customer’s body type and personal taste
- Inform customers about the range of styles, colors and cuts they can select from
- Style bridal looks with jewelry, veils, gloves and headpieces
- Help brides try on dresses and accessories
- Take measurements and arrange alterations on dresses, as needed
- Provide accurate information about gowns, like pricing and materials
- Schedule dress fittings with clients
- Coordinate delivery, pick-up and return of dresses
- Participate in bridal expos to promote our store and wedding dresses to potential customers
- Assist with shop window decoration

work 10 hours in store per week, base pay is $15 per hours, as a bonus each new follower you get extra*$0.3, if you followers in 2 weeks increase by 2000 followers will be +2000*$0.3 =$600 bonus.

- Effectively communicate with both the store manager and sales consultants to determine the best strategies to reach sales goals
- Set objectives for and assess performance of sales consultants
- Implement a sales plan that will optimize each consultant's strengths and monitor the resulting progress
- Establish honest and transparent relationships with customers to build a strong customer base and positive image in the community
- Utilize sales performance reports to present to the management team to gauge effectiveness of implemented strategies
- Identify which merchandise areas need growth and adjust sales plan accordingly
